1. General Terms and Conditions
The following terms and condition are valid between the customer and the company AGNEEL Einzelunternehmen, Owner Yesim Karaman, Potsdamer Str. 172 c/o Studio Cihan Album, 10783 Berlin (referred as "we") and apply to all orders placed on agneel.com. Please be aware that we do not guarantee that all products shown in the webshop are available or in stock. It might be that some products not displayed correctly.
2. Purchasing
The Purchase happens by placing the order on agneel.com. Before effecting the purchase you will be asked to review your shopping cart and the information you have provided, as well as the total price of your purchase. Please be aware that the item in the cart is not reserved and might be purchased by other customers until you checkout. In this case you will have to reselect the item you want to buy. Should your purchase be successful you will receive an order confirmation e-mail containing your order number, details of the product, your payment method and your delivery address. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is not an acceptance of the order but more a acknowledgement that we have received your order. We reserve the right to choose not to accept an order for any reason.
3. Prices, Taxes and Duties
The prices shown on the internet do not contain local duties. Those may be due upon receipt. Prices displayed might not be up to date, so that they can vary from time to time.
4. Payment
We accept the payments made by Bank Transfer, PayPal or Credit Card. Other methods are not accepted and will rejected. All payments need to be done immediately after placing the order by the chosen payment method. The product will be only sent to the customer when payment has received us.
4. Delivery
The delivery service is made by UPS or DHL/DHL Express, depends in which country you are located. We try to prepare the shipment within 2-3 business days should the bag be in stock. It might be that the stock status is not up to date, so delivery might take 7-10 working days. You will be informed about the exact delivery time by us.
5. Right of Withdrawal/ Returns
We provide our customers the right to withdraw the purchased item within 14 days after receipt. To do so the customer needs to inform us by e-mail that he or she wants to withdraw form the purchase contract. We will get in touch with the customer and send him or her a return label. The bag returned has to be in the original condition and original packaging and should not show signs of usage. All our bags go through a quality check before they are sent to customers. Each bag is documented. Unless the product shows traces of usage or damages the refund will made by us within 14 days in form of the original payment method of the customer. If the bag is not returned to us within 14 days we may deny the returned bag.
Should the bag show traces of use or should be damaged by the customer we of course will deny the return and will send him back the bag. No refund will be made in this case.
6. Damaged bags
Should you have received a damaged bag please contact us within 24 hours by e-mail and inform us about the exact damage. Striations and little scratches on the leather good which are due to the nature of the animal, are not seen as defaults.
